Representatives from the UK’s top supermarkets will discuss next week their strategies for reducing carbon footprints from their refrigeration and air conditioning systems and how these will impact on the supply chain. Discussions will largely revolve around the use of natural refrigerants such as hydrocarbons, while interested parties can already submit questions to the panel online. Organised by RAC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Magazine), the “Retail Question Time” event will take the form of a panel discussion chaired by RAC’s Editor Andrew Gaved.
